"They don't process the payments. I have written emails, send evidence that the payment was made. Nobody bothers to answer. After a month I received an email that the payment was processed and my accountis cleared. A week later I received an Inkasso invoice with double the amount. And that's just a part of it. The orders are canceled without my knowledge, costumer service ( specifically Ratepay department) is slow and inefficient. Totally not recommend. They lost me as a costumer."

"App doesn't work, freezes all the time. When you mark things as liked, it doesn't refresh so you don't see what is still available or what's the current price. There is no reservation of products after adding to the cart not even on the final step of payment. When you email them, they write that they are aware of problems and they're working on them - unfortunately after a few months of using, haven't noticed any improvement."
